    Braylon on the Block

    There it is boys.

Braylon Edwards is on the market.

I know you'll all knock it, he had a rough year last year with drops. Plus he'll expect a big deal in all likelyhood.

Still, there's the perfect guy for opposite Lee Evans.

I say trade Whitner and Youbody for Braylon straight up.

Only three days until the start of free agency. A quick update: FB B.J. Askew and RT Anthony Clement, both unrestricted free agents, are likely to hit the open market. The Jets aren’t expecte…

          1. Link?
          2. Hes a number 1 WR, we want a solid #2
          3. Hes very young, we want someone that can hold it down for a few years while we develop our own youngsters
          4. It will take alot in picks to get him... is it really worth it?

this guy drops too many balls, and he has only had 1 good season in his NFL career.

He makes Evans the solid #2. I would give up our 1st day picks for this guy.

Didn't somebody say somewhere that the Bills will not pay a WR more than Evans? Was that just speculation or true?

yes please for Braylon. had a normal TO year last year (highest amount of drops for a wr) i would absolutely die to have him. so talented if he can hone his skills a smidge better

                    Re: Braylon on the Block

The source is Rich Cimini of the NY Daily News, and it seems a little thin:

Hot rumor: Browns WR Braylon Edwards is on the trading block. Should the Jets be interested?
It is hard to imagine the Browns trading him because after trading Winslow they don't have a lot of other offensive options.

That said, they seem to have taken a big step towards replacing Winslow by signing TE Robert Royal.

This is the kind of move that sells tickets. Bills will never do it unfortuntatly.

His one good year makes his numbers inflated. He drops the ball ALOT (apparentlly the 5 hour energy shot doesn't help him catch the ball). He gives up on plays. Rumor is he also has a attitude problem (that could of stemmed from winslow being a cancer).

He does have tremendous talent and a upside. But at his price and you know if he goes to a new team he will want a new contract. Is it worth it? The draft is deep this year with RB's, WR's and OT's something alot of you people seem to be forgetting.

then we have our no. 2.

no way he takes a no. 2 salary though
