Just who we were waiting for!

Nothing says Bills football like Terrell Owens...

T.eam O.bliterator + Ralph Wilson = Super Bowl 44 trophy for Buffalo!

(On an unrelated note... what's with Jerry Jones and all the lying? Didn't he flat out refute T.O. release rumors a couple weeks ago?)

well that is good for us if we want a solid compliment for evans, cause every free agent and soon to be released WR is just dropped one rung down the ladder :)

lol, I'm sure every football board will be lit up with a buncha "sign him threads" even for some that use to talk crap etc about him

Mudflap1

Seriously... someone will probably sign him... but he might get blackballed a bit ala Barry Bonds. The guy is a team chemistry killer. Any team is really better off without him.

I'm thinking Giants or Raiders.

BuffaloRanger

Raiders could sign him.

There is no way he would ever consider signing with the Bills (I know we don't want him) even if the Bills pulled the money truck into his driveway, where he was doing situps.

Why sign someone who could actually help the team when we could sign 4 scrubs for the same amount of money?

God forbid we bring in a guy that can still play.

Our character guys are doing great. Last I looked Owens wasn't driving around with pot, and guns, running people over.

Yeah, because the guy that never wanted him when he was the HC at Dallas would love him now.

Young, Garica, McNabb, and Romo.

TO makes teams better in the short term, then wears out his welcome and becomes a distraction.

Garica, McNabb, and Romo.

I am more concerned with teams and not individual players.

Individuals make up teams.

Not when they play as individuals.

Other than San Fran, as he made any teams better?

Philly with TO went to the SB.

Without? They lose in the NFC playoffs.

I was waiting for this response!!

TO did not play in any of the playoff games, except the Super Bowl that year. He was injured. So they won all of the playoff games, including the NFC Championship, without him.

So he provided nothing for them in the playoff games they won. Nothing.

1 player doesn't make a team.

TO would make Trent, Evans, and Jackson better. It wouldn't be TO's fault that the defense still stunk and the Bills lost 10 games because of it.

Was it TO's fault the Eagles lost the Super Bowl?

he'll probably help the team for a few games. Once the honeymoon is over, he'll throw his Qb under the bus. IT's a PROVEN FACT!!!

Why pay TO $7.5 million when the Bills can pay Reed $3.2, Parrish $2.7, and Jenkins $500k for the same amount of money?

theres no doubting his physical talent but A) He simply wont come to Buffalo and B) He wont EVER f'in come to Buffalo so theres no reason to get our panties in a bunch.

Only TD creams at the thought of bringing in cancerous players.

Definitely not worth the heart ache. TO can go to Detroit for all I care. Hell, maybe he'll try to get in with the Patriots like everyone else.

The guy dominated in Philly and did everything he could to get back on the field for the Super Bowl and dominated that too.

I don't want him here by any means, but don't say that he doesn't make anyone better, he scores double digit touchdowns every year while he is ruining teams locker rooms.

Talentwise he is a GREAT player. Prob one of the best WR in that aspect. But he is also a Cancer ME first type. Thats his downfall. But dont say he wont make a team better because he will. Thats why a short term 1-2 years with a team is god for the team he signs with. Any longer then that he wears out his welcome

zone
03-06-2009, 08:10 AM
Yea, the only contract he will get from here on out is short team and made to protect the team he signs with.

Hell no, not for a second.

You can find my response a page or two back... Ill help, it was not now, not ever.

I think its just interesting and thats why I responded t this.

I agree, we can be really fickle.

I personally have gone from hating him and wanting no part of him to wondering if it may just work out well.

Shows what us fans know.

Don't get me wrong. I still HATE Terrell Owens. But I like the signing because it gives us star power and a scary offense.
