Sweet! If we don't get June, I wouldn't mind Freddy. He did very good in Indy over the last few years....

I wouldnt mind him either
June or Keiho can both play in Cover 2
just wish we could bring in a LBer who wont be an ellison clone

Keiaho = Ellison+1

Alot of tackles. ZERO impact plays, and I mean zero literally.

I'd take this guy over June- he's a lot younger. But both are undersized for LB's.

He or June would be ok by me.

The way things have been going so far, I don't seeing the Bills being able to pull the trigger on either of them though

woh this would be a big signing, i rather get him then june.

they are probably going to have there visit with peterson tomorrow and realize that he wants 4 million a year at 33 years old after not finishing a full season in 3 years (the only reason he finished last year is because he was on the bench at least 5-6 games of the season) and then pick between keiaho and june, which should be a no brainer but i am sure we will sign keiaho who is smaller than ellison and has done nothing but have a couple more tackles than ellison.

are you serious??? keiaho should be playing special teams and thats it. why do you think the colts let him go at 26 if he was such a stud?? there strapped for cash and unless it was a bart scott type player they were not going to waste there time trying to figure out how to sign him. he is so insignificant to them they know they can draft another one of him in the 3rd - 7th round.

Keaiho is not camp fodder.. He would easily start at WLB for the Bills and he would be an upgrade over Ellison

why did we let greer go? why did we let antoine winfield go?

just bc some other team let him go doesnt mean hes a special teamer.

I am impressed. You had not turned a totally unrelated thread into a Whitner bashing in months.

If TopDog posts in here and bashes Obama, Historian bashes Bush and I bash Hillary, will have hit a grand slam.

my point is keith ellison who had around 75 tackles this year could get 114 like keiaho had last year, they are the same player why give keiaho a contract if you already have that kind of player on your team?

They should just bury the hatchet with Crowell and resign him.

Sorry, but I couldn't help it. patmoran typed "zero impact plays" and the first association my mind made was "Whitner".

That's the best idea I've heard so far, but I don't see it happening. Too much bad blood.

We let Winfield go because of money. They could get Keiaho back relatively cheap.

I think you counter pointed your own point. :idunno:

Ellison did have 1 impact play though...... he ran a fake punt for a 1st down.

I called that they would be interested in him last week after he wasnt tendered as an RFA.

If the Bills sign Cato or Keiaho, I trhink they'd be better off moving Jitchell to SAM and playing either of those two at WILL

Tatonka

june is a much much better player. i really am not interested in this guy for more than a back up at all. you want to build depth.. sign this guy to replace ellison as a back up.

wow, now that is a novel idea... I wonder why the Bills haven't thought of it.

Actually why not bring in both Crowell and Cato.. both are affordable and both represent upgrades over what we have... and both have plenty of experience, and both would make most of us very happy about our OLB situation

The Colts don't pay LB. They let Cato June, Marcus Washington and Mike Peterson go as well, despite all being good players. They feel they can find those guys cheaper.

I understand people are down on the Bills, but this makes sense. The guy fits the scheme and has been productive. He already knows the system, so he will integrate quickly.

Really, wait until he plays a few downs for you before you start judging him.

Keiaho. I can't even pronounce that.
Technically, if it's Hawaiian (or Polynesian of some sort), you pronounce every vowel individually. But we generally Americanize these names and blend the vowels together.

I've noticed that. I hardly drank at all before I was a Bills' fan, but then again I was 14 when Ralph bought the franchise.
