listening to XM Home Ice in my car, and they said that Max is a game time decision for tonight's game against the Ottawa Senators after being checked from behind when Ken Klee’s body blow sent Afinogenov full speed into the boards. He suffered a bit of whiplash

I bet it hurt, but the hit was not from behind. Nor was the actual hit that sent him into the boards dirty. It was that fact that it looked like he knelt on him after the hit that looked bad.
