The T.O. signing is nothing but a desperate move on behalf of Ralph. This free agency has been a disaster. We are now forced to take multi million dollar cancers as a last ditch effort to try and save face.

I love the sign because we simply are this desperate, and if it works it could continue, so it brings hope. BUT Ralph still has a little ways to go to build a championship team ! I want to see him complete this puzzle, and we do need a few more pieces.
