They had a lot of visits from LB's last week. Someone must be worth a contract.

G may take a trade or a high pick in April.

Agreed these are the Bills crying starting needs, in addition to various depth ?

Now that they have taken care of C, QB, WR and even CB, they still have extra cash to spend on their LB and G. I predict that will have a new starting LG on either Monday or Tuesday. I hope it's Cato June. And as for LG, I still think that they are serious about Waters and may be trying to work on a deal. If not, then look for them to bring some Guard in for a visit this week. Same thing with safties, IMO.

no thanx to kirk chambers to LG, i think Owens signing is an indication FINALLY that we are trying to win now, so i think Kendall Simmons is the best option or Mike GoFF, a grizzled vet, also obviously i would luv to make something happen with Brian Waters as well

I know its been said in other posts already, but I really hope the Bills don't mail it in now as far as FA goes. The TO deal was a great suprise but the shine will wear off soon (until mini camp) and I would hate to get to April and realize there's just no wall we will fill all our deficiencies.

We need to get waters in here... if we are going to roll the dice on T.O. we have to protect Trent. Otherwise its all for nothing if he can't stand in the pocket for more than a second.

I have no doubt they both will be addressed with significant and solid players now... it may just be speculation on my part, but I really think it will happen.

I like getting 1 of the 3 we have interviewed and then trading dowin in the draft and getting the extra 2nd to draft Sitnim who could play OLB or DE.

For G I like getting Bentley or Simmons. Simmons to play G and Hangartner to play C, or Bentley to play C and Hangartner to play G.

We really need lots of depth in addition to the 2 starting positions so lets keep signing people in FA. The draft isn't enough.

The thing is, as far as I know, none of the guys we looked at to fill those positions (Simmons, Keiaho, June, etc.) have been signed yet. We can take our time and get some of these guys cheaply.
