Former Bills defensive end Anthony Hargrove, who was reinstated by the league after serving a one-year suspension for violating its substance abuse policy, still has some legal problems to clean up. The Monroe County, N.Y. district attorney planned to send a letter to the NFL informing officials Hargrove failed to do the community service he was given for getting into a scuffle with Rochester police officers during training camp in 2007. District Attorney Mike Green told TV station WHEC: "Assuming we're able to get him back to court on this warrant, we'll listen to what he has to say for an explanation, but at this point, my inclination is he ought to just go to jail."
