The funny part is, Spezza realizes that it's going to be measured and he tries to break it quickly and swap sticks from the bench.

That Spezza line always lights us up, although it's usually Alfredsson who does most of the damage to us.

Makes me wonder how many times they've done it with illegal equipment.

They should take away all of Ottawa's wins from this year and make them forfiet the games. It is only fair.

Just why is it only a two minute penalty? I always wondered about that. They throw out a guy or suspend him for not having his pads tied to his jersey or something like that, but use an illegal stick which actually would help you score goals and it is only two minutes.

i think the most fair thing to do is take away all his goals... and reset the standings from there

Yea I had him before but I traded him for Zherdev. Never really worked out for me...

he should be suspended because the way he broke it and rushed to the bench to switch was unsportsmanlike.
