In fact, the first goal was his fault also. He gives the puck away too much when he handles it and his clear on that cost them a goal. He almost gave up another one in the 2nd period.

Yea, I forgot about the first goal when he should have gave the puck to Hecht instead of shooting it up the boards.

This is horrible that this game is even going to OT. Vanek should have ice'd this game about 3 times in the 3rd period.

True enough, but he HAD a lead and he couldn't finish it...for the 3rd time in the last 4 games! I'm tired of this guy...I hope Miller gets back soon.

I blame Pominville more than Lalime on those last two goals...Pominville stopped skating on that short-handed goal...

He did. He even turned around after the puck was laying there and put his glove on the puck. Of course our stellar D of Tallinder and probably Lydman was out there and couldn't keep the other team from being all over the net.

Are you crazy? He probably shot the puck knowing it was Hecht and that Hecht would probably give the other team a BETTER scoring opportunity.

I agree that our defense sucks, but he can't let a soft shot from the point get through him like that. There is no defending the fact that this guy has sucked 3 out of the last 4 games. He's had leads or been tied in 3 of the last 4 games before melting down. This is not a fluke, it's a trend.

No, but when the team in front of him is crap, I call it that. Lalime is a backup goalie for a reason. He isn't as good as Miller and I expect the team to put forth a better effort. They haven't.

You never heard me say that they weren't horrible...now you're putting words in my mouth. He, along with the rest of the team, has been horrible. There is no escaping that the guy has sucked the past 3 out of 4 games.

I think he was terrible vs Ottawa. I think he was average against Philly and Atlanta at worst.
