Forget about it, we will never win a Stanley Cup. The problem isn't that they are a bad coach or GM. The problem is that most of this team has had the same core of players for the last 3-5 years. They have come up through the minors and have been nurtred and raised with this organization. Ruff and Regier are too attached to these guys and are giving them every chance in the world to succeed. These guys know that they can screw up and may get benched a few games but will never have to worry about losing their jobs. Ruff is like their father and Regier would never let them go because that would be a bad reflection of his drafts and FO signings. Someone needs to come in here with no attachment to these underchieving clowns and start cleaning house. Until Ruff and Regier are gone you might as will get use to the same old underachieving bull**** as the last two years and the same old bull**** excuses.

You got that right...that is a team that you can bet will start signing players that have what this team is missing...heart, character, grit and drive. Burke is one of the smartest hockey minds in the game and doesn't mess around. Unlike Regier, he knows how to build a championship team, so soon we will see that team ahead of the Sabres in the standings.
