View Full Version : Miller takes more shots than Lalime in practice

Sabres goaltender Ryan Miller put in his most extensive work in practice since suffering a high ankle sprain against the Rangers on Feb. 21.

He participated for the first 40 minutes, rested for 10 minutes on one knee at center ice and then returned for the rest of a practice that lasted one hour and 15 minutes. He was in full equipment and faced shots, showing no ill effects from his injury or his time away. He was in net longer than the other two goalies, Mikael Tellqvist and Patrick Lalime, who alternated in the other goal.

I bet Lalime still let in more goals with less shots then Miller did.

I bet Lalime still let in more goals with less shots then Miller did.
But that would require the Sabres to score goals..

I remember a couple years back I used that line in one of the threads here and someone posted how I need a history lesson because the Germans did not bomb Pearl Harbor. Sad how some don't even know one of the classic movie lines of all time...
