If I'm not mistaken, the tender he signed for isn't final. They will still need to come up with a contract right? :idunno:

Once it is signed it is a contract. A 1-Year contract for a little over $1M.

However, it isn't guaranteed. He still has to make the team to earn the money.

thanks. Then Dick is just blowing smoke up our arses by telling us He's our starter, blah,blah,blah and them pay him only a one year contract with no guarantees.

I knew Dick wasn't all that " stright forward" coach that people make him out to be.
