              RIP Lou Saban

He got Buffalo its first and only championships.

              Lou coached with a passion.

He was Marv before Marv was Marv.

He and Marv are by far the best coaches that the Bills have ever had.

              Thanks for everything Coach!

Lou was one of a kind and will be missed. He lived football 24/7.

And yet another icon of my youth makes the final journey.

A really odd note: Lou coached at tiny SUNY Canton, pretty much a junior college, and one that is terrible...I never really understood this, but apparently he coached at several small schools and even HS after leaving Miami. He must have just really wanted to make a difference in football communities all over, and he certainly did. RIP Lou
