we had an smiley holding a "pwned" sign, where did it go,

refs dont give two dingles about the rules, but the League said, shootouts follow penalty shots rules, in which puck and shooter must maintain forward momentum, look it up in their PDF if you dont believe me :p

They should check the sticks before the shootouts.. I guarantee each player has their own "shootout stick"

How long you been following hockey? You can say this for about 50 percent of the rules in the book. This is the least of the rules I care about.
