The Chiefs apparently believe there's strength in numbers in their search for a punter.
They signed their third punter, NFL veteran Jason Baker. Baker, who played in college at Iowa, kicked for San Francisco in 2001 and both the 49ers and Eagles last season.
He will compete for a job with another NFL veteran, Leo Araguz, and Noel Prefontaine, who has punted in the Canadian Football League.
The Chiefs are attempting to replace veteran Dan Stryzinski, their punter the last two seasons. Stryzinski was released in February
