I think we go:

1. DE or OLB
1. Pettigrew if there (doubtful), best rated OL (Mack, Unger, Wood, Robinson)
2. Whatever we didn't address with first 2 (DE, OLB, OL, TE)

You're absolutely right... I guarantee with one of the first round picks we take someone that is a reach or a non-need position...

Here's what I hope happens:

11: Robert Ayers or Brandon Pettigrew

28: Unger or Mack

42: Pass Rushing DE if we took Pettigrew or Pass-Catching TE if we took Ayers

As mad as I am now that would at least talk me off the ledge.

you mean fill an obvious hole with the best available player? Sorry, we already did that with Owens and the Bills are only allowed to do that once every 5 years.

i'd like to see them get out of the #11 spot by trading down to get an extra 2nd or trade up to get a difference maker.

I hope we dont address the DE spot after rd 2 so sick of developing DE ie Ellis Kelsay Denny were stacked with backup DE if we go that way make it early no later than 42 and that maybe a little late.
