  • A LT in the 2nd round?

Why is it all over if we don't draft a LT with the #11 pick?

Consider these players who have started from Day1 after being selected.

    Michael Roos, Titans #41, 2005
    Tony Ugoh, Colts #42, 2007
    Marcus McNeill, Chargers #50, 2006

Whilst McNeill fell because of injury concerns, Roos was a small school player who has been exceptional.

From #28 to #42, we are in range of William Beatty, Eben Britton, Jamon Meredith and Gerald Cadogan, all of whom could start from Day1 and not give up 11.5 sacks or 8 penalties.

I'm not going to agree with your zinger about Peters at the end, but I do agree that the Bills should wait until the 2nd round to grab a tackle. They need to make the defense as strong as possible with the 1st rounders and then address the tackle spot in round 2 and TE in round 3.
