I don't care where or who we trade up with. All I know is that I'd give two of my 4 first picks to draft a player like Curry.

You take a look at that recent 28th pick thread. Who really stands out? And you think WE'RE gonna buck that trend? Sure we'll get a quality player at 11, but when you have the firepower to get an elite player in a position of need without sabotaging your draft, you do it. If we got Curry and a DE with our first 3 picks, we could draft Olinemen with every other pick for all I care (and maybe a prospect at S).

So instead of drafting 2 linemen we draft 1 linebacker.... that's how you remain one of the worst franchises in the NFL for the last 10 years.

I assert that our need at WLB is higher than our need at OT and Curry makes the biggest impact of any rookie on our team year one. Our defense is satisfactory. For a 7-9 team. A blue chipper LB and a pass rush specialist makes this D top 10 and certainly capable of a deep playoff run. Suddenly our front 7 goes from well below average starting group to one of the best talent-wise.

All this stems from my confidence that Chambers and Walker will be effective at T and that a high quality G can be found in rounds 2 or 3. And like I said, after those two defensive picks and a flyer on a S later on, I would love to simply go BPA on the OLine prospects for each and every pick.

Good LBs get drafted high maybe once a year and it rarely works out....

Lavar Arrington, AJ Hawk, DJ Williams, Jonathan Vilma, Keith Rivers, etc.

And you'll probably tell me that many including some from my list are good players in the NFL and had great stats and I agree, however, if you compare them to the linemen they passed on to take them those teams would probably take the linemen in hindsight.

LBs are a product of what is in front of them. Ray Lewis had a bad year before they drafted Ngata.

LB IMO is a luxury pick if you have weaknesses on you OL or DL.

Wow, I'm glad you're not running the Bills draft.

Curry at OLB would be a big tim escore for the BIlls IMO, and I wouldn't protest it. I think OLB like Curry would have the best impact for our D

Then Grab a OT at #28 like Loadholt.

Maybe we could trade our #11 our 3rd and a player on our trade block to get to #4 or #5, if Curry is there

In the Tampa2 we don't need high picks spent on LBs

So we trade up to overspend on a LB and then reach for Loadholt. The Front Office deserve to be shot if that happens

If he slips to #8 i would trade up. Because you could give them a 2nd day pick for the trade-up. We would still have 3 picks in day 1 with a elite LB. GO BILLS:offair:
