In the continuing quest to upgrade over Ellison, I see Jack Phillips of TCU has visited the Bills

He tore his MCL just before the combine, but doesn't have a hisotry of knee injuries and is rehabing well. However it is bound to drop him in the draft.

I've read decent things about him ... worth a 5th rounder?

Unfortunately, sounds a bit like our other LB's in some ways:

"Has some trouble shedding blocks...Isn't much of a pass rusher"
