Cant believe he did actually. Many thought he would go ABOVE Cook who went in the 2nd.

Can block, can catch, hes the most complete TE outside of Pettigrew IMO. He has better vertical ability than Pettigrew though. Late riser, but huge upside.

We got one of the 2 best players at the DE, Guard and center. I personally didnt like the Byrd pick but if he can play safety, I'll be happier with it.

Got to be happy we got lucky there. I thought he was a legit option in the 2nd if Pettigrew was gone. Showed he could block at the senior bowl by putting Maualuga on his butt.
Even earlier today, Mayock, when talking about what 'value' was left, mentioned him as a 2nd round talent.
I'm not quite sure how they managed it, but I think it's a terrific pick.

With his smaller frame, no one thought he would block well.

Goes into the Senior Bowl and was one of the biggest surprises in part for his blocking.

I like the draft so far but I only care about making the playoffs.

Obviously they decided to rip the o-line apart and get a push up the middle. I love it. You can't have 3 good RBs and not be able to run up the middle. It's also obvious that the Bills weren't changing their draft plans with Peters leaving so this means that the Bills are going to go out and get a vet to play LT. No doubt in my mind on this now.

If the Bills can get a Levi Jones with Bell developing behind him and than pick up an OLB that's an upgrade over Ellsion I might actually survive this off-season.

Still hate losing Peters and I blame the FO for this car wreck.

I will it say it one more time though. If the Bills go into the season with no more pickups outside the draft we are looking at no better than 7-9 this year.

Great draft means 2010 will look very good, not 2009.
