While there's a definite improvement in the chest, -given the time period it really isnt too surprising for someone working out daily.
But the back... WOW. That's a huge improvement. The guy must of really dedicated himself to deads and bb rows. He went from belowaverage/average back/lats to huge.Comment

It's amazing what a strength and conditioning program with a proper diet will do.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

that is called juice baby and so be it i did some in october and november and put on 22 pounds of muscle LOL.
and will be starting just before summer here to add another 10-15 LOL to look jacked on beach lol.

He took a piss test at the combine and all results were released last week.
He was clean then and that was in the middle of the time frame listed.Comment
