I play the game. I like things to be as accurate as possible. The madden game has been on the decline lately and its almost just not fun to play anymore. I have a lot serious questions about the game. It's been lacking polish for a while now and honestly when I saw those pics I was like great not only can they not make a good game any more they can't even get the players right. I can understand this but they were just showing what these guys will look like. The actual game doesnt come out for months

The game controls feel so stiff the defensive side of the ball is the worst. The guys run like stiffs and the player movement is horrible overall. I can't roam roam sidelines with my linebackers. They are so incredibly rigid. I hate how its almost impossible to run a sweep with a halfback and the hit stick has a really rigid feeling to it as well The game has a lot of flaws and quite frankly I would like to see some sort of competition in the game market place because they are doing a horrible job with this game. The only thing that is pretty are the graphics.

Problem is its the only freaking NFL game out there now which is bull**** because back when 2k was around it actually pushed them to want to make a really good game. I've played every single madden since 90 and most of the 2k's it is really disappointing that this game is not doing great. NHL 09 is a superb game though.

Give NCAA 10 a try. I've never bought it but the new Create-A-Team mode has pretty much pushed me over the edge.

Last year was the first year in almost 8 years that I did not purchase the latest iteration of NFL football (Madden or NFL 2k). Just didn't warrant $60. I'll be getting either Madden or NCAA this year though, can't decide which.
