Travis McCall

6-3, 260.

Very good bulk...Great strength...Is tough and physical...Excellent blocker...May offer some versatility...Can also contribute on special teams...Durable...Has lots of experience...Hard worker...Team player.

He can be our FB. Also played TE so he can catch. Perfect fit.

Then Solomon Elimimian LB

10.5 TKFL, 121 tackles, 4 sacks

Only 6 ft, 225. If he gained weight he wouldve been a 3rd rounder

He is also only in for a visit. Both could possibly start.

Start?

Are you serious? Neither guy will start. Hell, it would be a nice story if they made the team or practice squad.

Two things that should never be in the same thread title: UDFA and start.... even worse, throwing the number 2 in there.

Elimimimimimimiam WAS ranked as the 28th best OLB and the 280th best player overall by Scout.com, in both cases one place ahead of the great Mortty Ivy. A star is born!

I do think McCall could become our FB, and Joel Bell, an OT, will at least be a developmental project.

udfa players are very helpful in special teams and maybe back ups. but start? not a chance only if a starter get hurts and he comes do a really good job then u name him a starter or trade him for more value or picks but making him a starter in a regular season day. keep dreaming.

Four words: Jason Peters, Jabari Greer.

And there are a ton more around the NFL.

Sorry, I did miss that. And you're right. Very, very few can start immediately.

I buy that McCall could have a chance. At the SAM linebacker spot, there figure to be lots of bodies competing for a spot, though none are a shoe-in to upgrade the position. That competition makes it extremely unlikely that an UDFA can come in and win it.

Dude....you have to stop. Really, just stop.

If these two were so good then why weren't they drafted? If they were that good then why have a draft anyway?

Two UDFAs that can start for us right away:

Jason Peters and James Harrison.

McCall has a shot i agree with Mitchell55, sorry everyone else but Mcintyre is horrible nad is one of the worst blockers in the league so if this kid can make the transition he is better already than Corey is
Go travis!!

I like the idea of bringing in Elimimian. He was pretty productive at Hawaaii. He'd be an afully long shot to start, especially right away, but it's always good to find those undrafted players that can contribute. He's worth a shot, however long.

I still think McCall can start. Only 2 FBs were drafted anyways, dont use that excuse of why hes bad. He can catch, run, and block very well.

Why wasnt Southerland, Harrell, King, Follet. All were 5-6 prospects.
