He was pretty solid a few years ago. Not sure why he was released now. Could be a good pickup at league minimum.

How old is he now? I'd prefer Ellis Johnson, but either way, a veteran presence.

Yep, we could have bookend, unpronounceable names, along with Xanadu or whatever the hell his name is..

He's not that old....he's only been in the league for 6 years or so.

I think he'd be worth a shot. Maybe he just didn't fit into Wade's system?

he only has 119 tackles in 6 years, not exactly what i would call experience.

He's a bit small for a DL........270-280 lb range. No thanks......I prefer Ellis Johnson

I think I know why he was released. I'm 90% sure I read on the footballguys.com board tonight that the Falcons want Johnson! I'm not kidding!

Yep -- it's on The Sporting News -- Falcons close to signing Johnson. Wade, you tricky old dog.

Well, hotlanta hasn't done anything else right this offseason, so lets fly him in on Jetblue for a workout. He can watch the Bills ESPN offseason video on the way. :)

Hiring Wade was a good move. He'll turn them into a top 10 or better defense within 2 years

Untill they try to make him Head Coach after Reeves
