I like What they've done considering the talent we have. Last year the defense steadily improved all year.

Jerry Gray was a good defensive back when Buddy Ryan (the 4-6 mastermind) had influence over the Oilers defense. I'm sure you all remember that era, the early 90's when Kelly had :bling: all over Marino

If (Gray) was a resonably intelligent guy, he would realize it takes talent, sportsmanship, coordination and effort (in no particular order) to be successful. So he's gotta try to make his players figure that out. Thats what being a coach is all about. If he can do that, he's in. All he has to do is scheme us some turnovers so we win 4 or 5 more games than we lose...

I say if we finish > 13+ in the takeaway\giveaway ratio we make the playoffs
