    Eric Moulds and Andree Reed's thoughts on T.O

    Since the Bills signed Terrell Owens, I've been wondering what the team's two greatest wide receivers (in my opinion), Eric Moulds and Andre Reed, thought of the acquisition. Thanks to this week's edition of Sporting News magazine, I got my answer.

    Moulds and Reed were among 23 former NFL wide receivers surveyed by the mag on topics dealing with today's wideouts. One interesting question was this: Do you think Terrell Owens' move to Buffalo will end well?

    Moulds didn't pull any punches with his response, saying "I think with the right coaching, it will be great. But unfortunately, Bill Belichick's staff is in New England.''
    Ouch.
    Reed was far more diplomatic with his comments: "As a former Bill, the city is small and will embrace him as long as his attitude is strictly about winning games and not himself.''

          moulds is a loser...he really was awesome after he left buffalo huh?
          The last time the Bills made the playoffs was 1999.

            It's pretty sad to here Mould's say that, especially the praise TO gave to him years back.

            He is sore that a 3rd round draft pick in his same draft class is still on the field producing, while he is home watching the games on TV.

                Moulds is right... our coaches aren't that woderful. I find Moulds' comments regarding our present coaches to be turthful and humorous.

                I would say the majority of Bills fans also agree that our coaches are lame in comparison to other coaching staffs that actually have had winning records

                  You have to remember that Moulds hates Tyke Tolbert, the WR coach. For good reason, too. It was a stupid move to pull him out of that Miami game in 2005. I don't care if he was arguing. Moulds made a career out of killing Miami, and we would've won that game had he stayed in.

                  He also had to play his entire career (minus one year with Levy) under Phillips, G. Williams, and Mularkey, so he knows about our long tradition of hiring incompetent coaching staffs.

                      Why is people bashing Eric Moulds for that comment? Isn't a red door a red door?

                        Hell Moulds is telling the truth, people shouldnt be mad at that. And Thurmal was spot on about Tolbert.

                            Belichick and his coaching staff certainly have the record to suggest they could get positive results out of TO. Buffalo's coaching staff doesn't. That doesn't necessarily follow that Buffalo can't get good results from the TO signing. They've never had a prima dona player anything like TO. Dick Jauron, as we know, has had his game day issues, but by all accounts seems to earn the respect of his players. Granted TO is a different kind of animal, but Jauron is, I think a straight shooter whose air of calmness might be pretty good for TO. Andy Reid is something of a hothead in Philly and Wade Phillips is just plain weak in Dallas. I think I'll wait and see what happens before I write the TO signing off as a failed experiment.

                            I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
