This team is loaded with so called stars and it took them 7 games to beat Washington??? Look at their roster, Crosby, Malkin, Staal, Guerin, Kunitz, Satan, Sykora, Fedotenko, Gill, Gonchar, Fleury. This has to be the most loaded roster in the NHL and they still almost got beat by a very game Washington team. How the hell can they even stay under the salary cap?? I hope they get their asses handed to them next round....and yes I am jealous.

Re: The Penguins are Lame
Come on B's!I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

Fluery is really suspect. He's their biggest weakness IMO, not good to have a weak goalie in the playoffsI remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"

Re: The Penguins are Lame
I was actually thinking just the opposite. Washington is far more talented than Pittsburgh and the Rangers and shouldn't have struggled with either team, but they struggled with both.
Pittsburgh is too dependent on the Crosby/Malkin line.

Just wait until the Wizards get good again. The Caps will basically have to win the Cup to get any attention whatsoever.
