    O-line is super thin.

Just read the depth chart on BB.com and Levitre and Wood are starting.

Bell is behind Walker at LT and Chambers is behind Butler at RT.

Just curios who plays the RG or LG psoition if one of our rookies gets hurt?

I also didn't realize that these guys were so good that they already earned roster spots.

Maybin was the first pick and he's 3rd on the depth chart behind Kelsay and Denney.

Not to pop a hole in everyone's excitement but I'm just curious who's filling in if one, or both of these guys get hurt.

I am more concerned with the starters than I am with the depth.

McKinney and Chambers should be solid reserves. Chambers will likely back-up both outside positions and McKinney back-up the interior positions, with Bell able to help out as well.

To me, the biggest problem could be two rookies at guard, a career back-up at center, a guy playing RT for the first time since college and a RT playing LT. I like the depth.

You ever notice how real football teams have legit backups. Hangartner wasn't good enough to break the starting rotation in Carolina.

McKinney and Chambers would be lucky to land on another team.

i feel better about the OL more now than i did before the draft. they need another year of addressing it to make it a strong part of the team.

The Bills team site depth chart is notrious for not being up to date. I really don't think that means much of anything.

It's up to date enough to have Levitre and Wood starting. I just think counting on two rookies to start, play well, and stay healthy the entire season doesn't make alot of sense to me.

How does Walker-McKinney-Hangartner-Chambers-Butler sound to you?

How many teams have 7 starting O-linemen on their roster?

Most teams have back-ups as back-ups and would struggle if they lose 2 starters.

There are many problems that are bigger than the O-line back-ups on this team.

                      Meh.

Chambers is fine as a back-up. He played OK last year. Not great, but was a solid depth guy. I think there a bunch of teams that would take him.

Ya, lets start less talented, and less productive guys cause there vets and not rookies. BRILLANT!

You missed the conversation. It was in reference to if the rookies got hurt. Read before you react. Nobody was suggesting not starting the rookies.

Both Chambers and McKinney have started games in the NFL. I am fine with them filling in. McKinney has actually 45 career starts. He's a great guy to have for depth.
