I wouldn't read too much into that. It is a new and exciting change of scenery for him and he obviously was a little more inspired than he has ever been around here. LOG makes an excellent point..he didn't play good for us, despite being given many chances..that is the bottom line. I am sure that he will slip back into mediocrity once the thrill wears off.

It's a different system....he just didn't fit in here in Buffalo. Maybe he is gonna fit in with the Texans.

I believe the Texans are using him as a rushing end/LB. I was hoping they'd try that here before they dumped him. It's only preseason so it might mean nothing and he is currently 3rd on their depth chart, but it's going to suck if Texas turns him into a starter.

Give Flowers, time he will suck once the season hits. Do you guys remember his first preseason with the Bills? He led the team in sacks with 3. The guy makes a good first impression but after that...well we know.

That was a seasons worth of stats for us. Oh well. He's gone. He will start playing like a flower again when the newness wears off.

He has exceptional speed of the edge, he is a great standing rusher, or a very wide lineman.

Playing in our D requires him to be stout against his man and control a blocker on a number of plays, he cannot do that at even an NCAA level. He can rush very well though.

When we drafted him, we played a 3-4. He know's that Defense better than ours anyways

that's true but isn't he trying the OLB spot in houston?that's what i was told.i thought we drafted him as a DL.

He was a DE here in Buffalo...even in the 3-4. If they're using him at OLB in a 3-4, then he could be more productive there. Good for him. I hope it works out for him. It's not as though he dogged it here...he tried but failed.

Didn't he sack Rob Johnson? If he did does that mean he played against their 2nd or 3rd team? If so, I'd like to see him have those nos. against a starting team.
