The Cleveland Browns promoted Jeremy Green, one of two pro personnel coordinators, to become the team's director of pro personnel.
Green, 32, has been a rapidly rising NFL front office executive over the past six years. He started as an area scout for the San Francisco 49ers in 1998 and 1999 before coming over to the Browns to work in the pro personnel department....
