    Agency May Tackle Bucs Issue In Court

    TAMPA - The Tampa Sports Authority is in a high-stakes ``game of chicken'' with the Buccaneers over insurance at Raymond James Stadium, a TSA board member said Thursday.
    On Monday, the TSA will decide whether to take the Bucs to court.

    For weeks, the Bucs and the TSA, the government agency that controls Raymond James Stadium, have been at odds over terrorism and hurricane insurance. The TSA has insurance on the stadium, but the Bucs are demanding a higher level of coverage than the TSA wants. The TSA estimates that getting the extra coverage would cost it more than $850,000 a year in premiums - nearly three times what it traditionally has paid.
