Ellis already looking at Miami and NE!!

As reported on Sirrius, Ellis is already looking at NE and Miami as his top choices. He's narrowed his list down to 4 teams with these being his two most desirable.

Good time for the Bills to reshuffle thier line.

Greg Ellis, (soon to be formerly) of the Cowboys. He'd be a good pickup for either team, but his age will lead him to wear down as the season progresses.

Joey Porter, Jason Taylor, Cameron Wake, Greg Ellis can't all play at the same time, sure great depth but can anyone of them cover anyone out of the backfield also. This is why I believe Fred Jackson has been split out a lot also.

Yeah but when you sub out, your quality stays high and the legs stay fresh

While the Pats could certainly use Ellis rush skills (he does have 20 sacks in the last couple years), I'm doubtful they could sign him unless he is willing to sign for less.

Though the Pats aren't in terrible cap shape and could make room, they have a number of important players that they need to sign in the next couple seasons. That is going to keep them from leveraging themselves too much to sign guys, instead going with short-term/shorter money deals. Because Ellis can rush, he is going to attract some interest when he is cut. I can't see the Pats getting in a bidding war over the guy.

somewhat similar situation for Miami, if he goes somewhere, his salary may not be as high as he originally thinks it should be

yup. Thats exactly what happened when Joey Porters friends subed in and beat Levi JOnes. Porters legs stayed fresh.
