Paul Vance, who negotiates contracts for the Jaguars, said he continued talks with Jimmy Sexton, the agent for cornerback Jason Sehorn, yesterday, but didn't come to terms on a deal.
"He said Jason wants to make a decision very shortly," Vance said.
Carolina has joined the bidding along with Jacksonville and the St. Louis Rams.
Sehorn, who was cut by the New York Giants in March, was offered a $1 million deal by the Giants, but turned it down when they wouldn't guarantee the money.
