From WalterFootball.com:
http://www.walterfootball.com/college/USC_logo.gif Charles Brown, USC
Height: 6-6. Weight: 296.
Projected 40 Time: 5.06.
Projected Round (2010): 1-2.
2/9/09: Thankfully, Charlie Brown doesn't have to kick field goals with some chick holding for him. An All-Pac 10 honorable mention, Brown is an athletic left tackle who has a good chance of being drafted on Day 1.

7/27/08: Charles Brown has yet to start a game in his collegiate career, but he'll have the opportunity to do so with Sam Baker in Atlanta. Brown projects as a zone-blocking lineman at the next level.

Comments:
12/26/09- vs. BC, Emerald Bowl- Tall, well built, long arms. Very quick and nimble. Starts at LT. Plays with a very high motor. Tries to punch at the defender rather than using solid technique, and footwork, where he locks on and slides with his man. His leverage is good but he doesn't place his hands well, he tries to out move his opponent rather than "wall" them off. His footwork and technique needs a lot of coaching. Got caught too high and pushed back (1st 3:10). Very quick feet. Needs to add some bulk to his frame to stand up against the stronger, bigger DE's. Tends to "dance" instead of making intentional placements of his feet. This may lead to him getting caught off balance and getting pushed back. Plays more like hes wrestling than blocking (2nd 2:57). Has a nasty streak, plays with attitude.

If he goes in round 1, its due to his incredible combination of size and athleticism... but he should go later due to his questionable technique and rawness.
