From The Sporting News (http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=556480):

18. Dick Jauron, Bills He's a true player's coach who has been around the league a long time. Though he came through the ranks as an excellent defensive coordinator, his most prominent trait is that his players love to play for him.

I view these lists as being so subjective that they are virtually meaningless. I'd trade Jauron's "Mr. Nice Guy" image for a better job of game day coaching in a heartbeat.

Too bad Jauron can't coach 6 days a week and let someone else, maybe April, call the shots on Sundays.

It sure is a shame.

18th?? Imagine how bad this team would have been if he was 25th.

3 consecutive years at 7-9 is about #18

lets face it.. One thing we've wanted on our team is consistency. I guess we all need to be careful what we ask the football gods for ...

Jauron must have a family member who works for the Sporting News.

or 3-13...that's about how good the talent was in Dick's first three years here.

On top of having no definitive franchise QB.

What he's done here with this roster is nothing short of overachieving.

Look what Mularkey did his last year here with a similar roster and see the difference.

Unfortunately the overachieving isn't good enough when it's been a decade since you've been played meaningful football in January.

#18 doesn't get you to the playoffs.

But he gets a D- for decision-making in my book. Great.
