All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Yep, can't forget that game...I was there and it was awesome! I was telling the people I went with that if somebody didn't score in that period then we had to leave because I had a college exam the next morning. That was was one of the craziest games I've ever seen...total blast to be there...even if I was tired as s**t the next day!
What year was that in? I seem to remember a ridiculously long ass game from when i was in kindergarten.. maybe 92-93?
“You hold a players only meeting and get each guy to stand up and say what he can bring to the table... and if he doesn't, you punch him in the face.” ~~ Harry Neale, on how to fix the Sabres season.
My nephew was born 3 hours later. My future wife and I were at the game & we called every 10 min of play to see if our sister in law had given birth yet.

i was on a model UN trip in Toronto with 5 other pals staying the basement of a family's place. we had to be super quiet, but whent he scored, we all whispered a really loud scream and started throwing the pillows around. But since it wasn't Empire sports, they pretty much closed the broadcast immediately after the goal. So we all stayed up chatting about how awesome it was until 4 in the morning.
Needless to say our 7am model un start time didn't go so well.

I feel your pain. A few nights ago I started playing Burnout: Paradise around 11 pm. I planned on playing for 45 min- 1 hr then going to bed, as I had to get up at 7 for work the next day. The next thing I knew, it was 1 am.
