I still don't understand why we can't have the Ice Girls cleaning the ice instead of the Sabres Ice Crew. Maybe they'd do a better job. :up:

Cheerleading is for football Not :hockey: I'm glad that the Sabres don't have ice girls or I would never go to a Sabres game ever again.

I have a wife and I love her we met in high school and we hit it off on our very first date she's the love of my life and I would never look at any other woman any other way. I also have three great kids Ryan and Preston who are 8 yr old. twins who are in the fourth grade going into fifth and a 5 year old Duke who is going into first grade.

what does being married have to do with anything??? I'm married and I still look at other women, just like my wife checks out other guys...... looking doesn't hurt anything. it's when you do more than look that gets you in trouble.

I hate the concept of Ice Girls. It's just a gimmick started by teams like Carolina to try to attract the rednecks away from NASCAR. When it comes to sports, the game itself is the entertainment- ice girls, cheerleaders, halftime shows, flyovers.... all that stuff is unnecessary and aimed at people who aren't real fans. Give me an announcer, video replays and out of town scores- that's it.

That being said, most of them are still pretty hot. And apparently LW confused the concept of marriage with the concept of castration. I hope he enjoyed fathering those three kids because his wife is never going to let him use his balls again.

1. I agree. I hate all of the extra crap that detracts from the game itself. As much as I love the Bandits games, lacrosse is the worst offender. I will say that some of the fluff does help the kids, which is needed to keep attendance up so I understand it.

2. Apparently you do not know that many married couples. He is not the first one.
