    Wow they up a lot to get him. I thought I heard it was 2 firsts a 4th and a couple players.

              Clump...I agree I'd like to see Darcy make some aggressive moves, but don't you think Philly gave up a bit much much to 'rent' Pronger for one year? ( That's all thats left on his contract ) I'd like to see some moves too, but I think Philly paid way too high a price

                Yes, they gave up too much assuming he's only signed for '09-'10. However, I suspect he'll sign an extension soon

                    Why? He has the freedom to work for whatever team he pleases. He likes living in Buffalo. His family has probably made a life choice to stay here.

                        Why? When he was unshackled he put together teams that four times made it to the conference finals and once to the cup...if let go tomorrow he would have a job faster than most of us if we were relieved from ours
