Not true...they didn't really give up anything. Leopold was going to be a FA, so no biggie there. I'm sure they made the trade knowing that Bouwmeester had a preference of playing on the West coast and knowing he is from Edmonton. I can see this going either way...he stays or he goes to FA and signs with the Oilers.
