Ya I heard this when Brownie did a story on him. To see that he's down almost 15 pounds to 302 is impressive. This guy was never meant to carry that much weight. I really think this guy can still turn it around. I consider last year a wash, Kollar was on him day one of training camp and John never responded. If we are going to make the playoffs this guy must be a force or we will be again not be able to see Bills football in January.Comment

Regardless of the video or not. McCargo has lost weight something like 10-12 pounds and has looked a lot stronger. That's the first sign of a person showing dedication, making sure they're in top physical shape.Comment

I never try to judge whether a player can or can't turn things around. I just don't think there is any way of knowing. I can only hope he does.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
