Italian sausage is OK, but it's far from my favorite summer meat. I really like barbequed pork ribs. We usually use "Sweet Baby Ray's" barbeque sauce.

Do you use the hot or sweet? I use the sweet Italian. I saute the peppers & onions, add frozen corn & sliced baby carrots, and diced potatoes. I leave the carrots on top so they steam cook to melt in your mouth. :hungry:

I use both. I like both but prefer the hot more than sweet.
