Its a good change of pace....Kind of reminds me of the XFL but less friction. I say let the boys be boys :pir:

XFL never had coaches of this caliber though. There are 5 in the UFL I would take over Jauron right now. (I know thats not saying much, but still.)

Maybe JP can wrap his brain around this, since he never got the "throw it away" concept.

5. A quarterback can legally ground the ball inside or outside of the pocket when under duress. This could make the league more attractive and less dangerous for quarterbacks . . . like a certain former Falcon who might be barred from the NFL this season.

XFL was a pioneer in technology but they tried to match that with too much sight gags and never got any true personalities. If the UFL is going to be compared to the XFL I hope they come to the table with camera system the XFL had.
