Of 5 points Bowen makes, Brown agrees with #s 2,3, and 4. He doesn't necessarily disagree with #s 1 and 5, but he understands them as conditional. If the pass rush isn't effective, then # 1 could backfire. Of course, one of Bowen's points is that the Bills need a better pass rush. If you consider Bowen's points as a package deal, ie. the Bills need to do everything on the list, then Brown's caveat is pointless.
