If they had worked out the Peters situation I would have gone 11-5. The offense could have been special this year with TO and some of the emerging talent in the backfield.

Front office killed this team with the o-line reshuffle.

It's not at all clear to me that unless we had given Peters everything he asked, and then some, he would ever have gotten over his pouting and unhappiness, and returned to form with the Bills. After we failed to adequately kiss his butt, he didn't seem to want to be here.

So we should all just move on.

Yeah we need to learn how to win those games, which should simply be:

Colts, Patriots: Learn to stop the pass
Titans, Panthers: Learn to stop the run
Falcons: Pray that Matt Ryan has a crappy sophomore season, cause they have the passing and running games going.

9 and 7, just out of the playoffs.

I think we play questionable across the o-line and lose several games early. But then, the line comes together and we see an offense thats more successfull than any offense we have had since Kelly years. Unfortunately, its too late and we miss the playoffs. At that point, with a 9 and 7, winning record, the FO has to again make the tough decision on Jauron. I think hes likely gone, but if he has shown they are getting better as far as record and they are contenders, they make still keep him.

I think it will hurt us early but that we can become a strong o-line by mid season.

Jan, we dont have a choice but to move on.

But at the same time, I dont think anyone can say the o-line is better than last year as of right now. Can they be? sure, I can see that. I love our draftees at G, I think Hangartner will be as good or better than Fowler, but even then may not be good enough. I think Butler could be a bit of a downgrade to Walker on the right side, and I think Walker can play LT but cant ever be as good as Peters was when he was on top of his game.

The o-line is the key to this year. I would say Trent, but I think Trents performance will be largely dictated by the o-line play.
