Goodell reduced Brandon Marshall's suspension from 3 games to 1 on 8/28/08. That's right before the start of the season. That's because he wanted to see if Marshall stayed out of trouble during that timeperiod. Expect Lynch to get his suspension reduced somewhere around 8/27/09, probably to 1 game as well. Assuming he stays out of trouble as well.
