    JP Losman is Tops

This is the list of the top known players that are going to be in the UFL. The UFL is a new football league in the United States. The UFL is supposed to someday be a problem for the NFL. It's games will be televised on the cable network Versus...

Losman is considered the most recognizable name in the UFL...

Good for him, I think he made the best possible choice, being so young he can still compete and will probably succeed.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
    It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

I thought for sure some NFL team would want him as a back-up. I was wrong. FYT was right.

who knows if there were inquiries and that they opted to go somewhere else?

Besides it might do him good just like it did for Flutie.

there looks to be a few Ex-Bills on that list. He might grow in that leauge and return to the NFL as a back up or filler for a team in the future.

Looking at the names in this league, I'm intrigued to see what happens and happy that these guys can land on their feet and do what they love for a living still.

Never thought I'd say this, but good luck JP, bring Vegas a championship.

I didn't come here to fight, I hate fighting. Life is way too short to spend it on fighting! Go fight with yourself, one of you will eventually win!

Archuleta has also played for the Redskins, Bears, and most recently was on the practice squad for the Oakland Raiders.
How did this guy have such a long career, and still be elidgible for the Raiders PS?

It will be the same thing for him in this league probably. Tons of physical ability and no brain to help him put those physical tools to work.

My exact thoughts, that might be a mistake, maybe he was on their squad in camp and got cut, I dunno I'll check...
