As I remember, Palmer was rated by some draft guides as a mid to lower round pick (4-6 range). I'm surprised he fell to us as a UDFA.

It was a slam on the RT who let Palmer go right by. It was also a slam on our FO that they think they can just plug anyone in anywhere and have success.
