When the Buffalo Bills traded up into the first round in the 2006 NFL Draft to select North Carolina State DT John McCargo, the ideal career path was laid before him (just as it is with every rookie) - contribute as a rookie, start by year two, anchor a defense for a decade. Easy breezy.

I know he hasn't been worth a damn so far, but he seems to be healthy, better conditioned, and much more responsive to his position coach. I'll at least give him a chance.

I want him to work out for us. Everything i have heard he is working hard to make an impact. He needs to step it up and get in the game with production.

No, because Williams has worked much harder, and has been far more productive than McCargo. I would be happy if McCargo became a good rotational guy.
