    who gets the boot first?

    we have 79 on our active roster currently, and we have three more draft picks to sign. 80 is the current roster limit.

    So, who get the axe first to make room for our rookies?

                    Don't know who thought Sam would be good. He's special teams at best and getting hurt made him expendable.

                          Guys who have never played for the Bills in any capacity, a lot of whom I've never heard of...these will be the first to go. I don't think that there are going to be any surprise boots this year.
