This dude hasn't reported to camp yet apparently because he has requested a trade. This guy is a freak and a great, great defensive end whose lost out there in the black hole that is Oakland.

The bills should try and trade for him, he would significantly improve our pass rush immediately and he would join a d-line which already includes Stroud and Schobel.

If they could get this guy I would be just as excited about the defense as much as Owens made me excited about the offense!

didn't Burgess have injury issues last year? if so, is he fully recovered?

Dangle Roscoe in front of Al, Burgess for Roscoe and something else. Can only hope.

he wont trade to buffalo. it'll be nfc. i don't think he'll ever trade with the pats again. look how dumb they made him look with the moss trade.

They did make a trade with each other during the draft. NE traded the #47, #124 and #199 picks to Oakland to move up to #40 and take Ron Brace.

I don't think Al Davis is afraid to deal with anyone, no matter what happened in the past. He isn't one to be swayed by what people are saying about him. If he was, he would have stepped down a long time ago.

Just dangle our fastest player in front of Al D. and he won't be able to resist. But seriously if we can get Burgess the excitement for the season goes through the roof!

It's different trading draft picks for draft picks. He got burnt trading a good but unmotivated player for a low-round draft pick. I think he'd just assume tell Burgess to sit out as long as he wants.
